By the order of Raven Command, the second round of promotions will be in December 2018.

All Squadron Leaders, submit all promotions recommendations

Understand this, all recommendations will be reviewed thoroughly and will be given a YAY or a NAY, by the Raven Command Staff Members. Final decision of course will fall on the Commanding Officer of Battlestar Raven.
