After Action Report for Abilene Comic Con:
The Abilene Comic Con, held on 2-3 December 2023, was a vibrant showcase of pop culture, creativity, and community spirit. This event, bringing together fans, artists, and exhibitors, proved to be more than just a convention; it was a heartwarming experience where new friendships were forged, professional connections made, and most importantly, where fun reigned supreme.
New Friendships: The convention floor buzzed with excitement as attendees, dressed in an array of colorful costumes, shared their passions and interests. Whether in line for a panel or browsing through merchandise, conversations sparked, leading to lasting friendships.
Networking and Connections: Professionals and hobbyists alike found common ground, exchanging business cards and social media contacts. The artist alley became a hub for building collaborations, while panels offered insights into various aspects of the comic and entertainment industry. The Raven Fleet with the TOS Galactica was a huge success making fans of all ages smile with awe at the sheer detail of all the models on display especially The Raven Beast. And the TOS Galactica had the same effect on the fans.
Fun and Entertainment: The event was packed with activities catering to all ages. From cosplay contests to exclusive screenings, each moment was filled with laughter and joy. Interactive workshops and gaming zones provided hands-on fun, ensuring that there was never a dull moment.

The Abilene Comic Con was a resounding success despite being at its infancy stage, meaning they have not been around that long.
